RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All súki's candles and fragrance diffusers are made to order. We take great pride in individually hand pouring each and every candle. If your candle or diffuser arrives and you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us immediately.

To be entitled to an exchange or refund (less original postal charges), you must:

• contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• a copy of the receipt of the purchased item/s

• a photo of the damaged goods to be emailed to us sukicandles@gmail.com

All exchanges will be posted within one week from when we receive the returned item/s.

Please note: Should your product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you full replacement or full refund including postage (this includes sale items).

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REDEMPTION

• súki candles Gift Vouchers are redeemable for products sold online on our website at wwwsukicandles.com.au. 

• súki candles are an Australian based company and we do not offer international shipping. Gift Vouchers can only be used / redeemed within Australia. 

• súki candles Gift Vouchers will be valid for use for three (3) years from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us). After the expiry date unused value will become the property of súki candles.

• súki candles Gift Vouchers can only be used in one transaction and cannot be used in addition to any other súki candles Gift Voucher or in conjunction with any other promotional sale or discount.

• súki candles Gift Vouchers are non-transferable.

• súki candles Gift Vouchers are for single use only and cannot be 're-loaded' or 'topped up'.

• súki candles Gift Vouchers may only be used to make purchases up to the initial Gift Voucher value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Voucher value you must pay the excess using another payment method.

• súki candles Gift Vouchers are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your súki candles Gift Voucher, redeem your súki candles Gift Voucher for cash or receive any portion of the remaining Gift Voucher in cash.

• You cannot use or exchange súki candles Gift Vouchers for a different denomination or type of Gift Voucher or for another tender, cash or discount.

• Unredeemed value of súki candles Gift Vouchers will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Súki candles Gift Voucher. 

• súki candles Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled once they are issued, except if voided by súki candles, if their value is used or if they expire.

• A re-issue of faulty or damaged súki candles Gift Vouchers is not available unless the fault or damage to the Gift Voucher is proven to be a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of us or our agents or contractors.

• We reserve the right to void any súki candles Gift Vouchers that appear to have been defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way and súki candles may subject Gift Vouchers to a verification process.

• We reserve the right to cancel any súki candles Gift Vouchers for any reason at any time without notice. In such instances (except those set out in the above paragraph) we will elect to provide a refund or a replacement Gift Voucher.

• We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Gift Voucher if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.

REFUNDS

No refunds are permitted with respect to Gift Vouchers. 

• Lost or stolen Súki candles Gift Voucher
  If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your súki candles Gift Voucher, CONTACT US immediately. Súki candles Gift Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase. Súki candles will not be liable for redeemed Súki candles Gift Vouchers if they have been stolen. 

• Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Gift Voucher will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Voucher.

• Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Voucher may be exchanged or returned subject to súki candles return and exchange policy.

• If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your súki candles Gift Voucher, please CONTACT US. Please refer to your order number or be ready to supply your email address. 

• If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your súki candles Gift Voucher, please CONTACT US immediately.

• If you have an issue with any goods or services that you purchased with a súki candles Gift Voucher you should CONTACT US immediately.

 

These Terms and Conditions of Use are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute in connection with a Gift Voucher is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia (including the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Registry).

 

We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time where the change is required for any reason and agree to provide you with at least 30 days' notice of such changes. We will give you notice by posting the changes on www.suki candles.au. If you write to súki candles within the notice period and do not accept the changes we may cancel your Gift Voucher and refund the Gift Voucher value to you.

 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information that we may collect from you with respect to Gift Vouchers. A copy of the Súki candles Privacy Policy is available at www.sukicandles.com.au If you do not have a copy and are unable to access the notice online please CONTACT US for a copy. It is important that you read and understand our Privacy Policy.

 

All orders and successful delivery of súki candles Gift Vouchers are subject to the approval of the purchaser’s financial institution. Until the transaction is approved, your Gift Voucher order may be cancelled or delayed.

 

We are not responsible for súki candles Gift Vouchers that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and CONTACT US if you suspect the recipient did not receive their súki candles Gift Voucher. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, súki candles will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the súki candles Gift Voucher or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the súki candles Gift Voucher. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

 

YOUR PURCHASE, REDEMPTION OR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION OF A GIFT VOUCHER CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND AGREEMENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY NOTICE.
